• HSK 5 or above

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth daily operations of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage school administrative and office operations
• Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and office records
• Coordinate purchasing, office supplies, inventory, and vendors
• Oversee facility-related matters, maintenance, housekeeping, and security coordination
• Support Finance and HR with administrative documents and records
• Coordinate operational arrangements for meetings, events, and school activities
• Follow up on administrative deadlines, permits, contracts, and operational matters
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and able to multitask
• Good English and computer skills are preferred
• School or education industry experience is an advantage
